This collection of southern boys are not the most original band in the world. They’ll never be accused of being the most musically gifted fellas in the world. Certainly, no one will ever listen to them and think, “wow, that’s really cutting edge music”. To the contrary though, release in and release out, the same thought comes to mind

Sequels to albums, at least in my listening experience, are generally poor. The two that immediately jump to mind for me are Rob Zombie’s HELLBELLY DELUXE 2 and Meat Loaf’s BAT OUT OF HELL 2. Image: Pantera, Piss, News, heavy metal'Piss' is the last unreleased track by PANTERA. It was recorded during the Vulgar Display Of Power sessions and stored away; drummer Vinnie Paul rediscovered the track while going through the band's vault. 'Piss' will be available on Amazon April 6th and on iTunes April 12th. It will also be included on the 20th Anniversary Edition of Vulgar Display Of Power which hits stores on May 15th.

The World Premiere of the video for 'Piss' will occur during the 2012 Revolver Golden Gods Awards on April 11th. It will be broadcast live on all Xbox game consoles as well as Revolver Magazine's Facebook page starting at 6pm PST. Here is a direct link to watch the show for FREE!

Along with the unreleased song 'Piss', the Deluxe Anniversary Edition of Vulgar Display Of Power also features unreleased video of the quartet performing six songs at the Monsters Of Rock show in Reggio Emilia, Italy on September 12th, 1992. The set list draws almost exclusively from Vulgar ('This Love', 'Rise' 'Mouth For War'), but also includes the title track from their previous album, Cowboys From Hell, and a melding of Vulgar's 'Hollow' and Cowboys' 'Domination', which was a live staple of the band. Video of Pantera performing live during this era is extremely rare, making the DVD one of the few ways to see them in their prime.
