However, in lieu of Communion, Basse has created THE GYPSY EXPERIENCE.

"Having recorded, toured and lived with BAND OF GYPSY's drummer, Buddy Miles (who I lovingly credit to giving me my first professional break in Hollywood) it is only right that I go in this direction," states Basse.

"So I recruited ERIC BURDON BAND drummer Alvin Taylor, who actually played with JIMI HENDRIX when they worked for LITTLE RICHARD.

BUDDY MILES and I discovered JP Cervoni (a real upside-down, left-handed guitarist) in Toronto.

With all the tie ins to Jimi Hendrix and Buddy Miles, this is more than just a tribute band! It is as the name appropriately states, an experience!"
